Open Question: Can I stop Grouply from using my email to send to other people?

I enrolled in Groupie, because it came from a trusted pal. But grouply has fished my email and is using a mailer dameon to email everyone in my yahoo groups and people I know. Is there any way to close off this ability they have to send from my email? I don't want it and didn't knowing give permission for it. Thanks, Kim and Randy

Open Question: has this happened to you before?

I came on to ask a question about our family dog this morning and sat my two kids down with their cereal to watch Thomas. I gave Mya shreddies and Jasper Honey Bunches of Oats--they normally gobble it right up but today they thought "hey maybe the table and the wall and the big screen tv are hungry...!?" I post my question and I can hear them getting louder and louder....I went out to check them and heard something splatter against the fish tank...can you guess what my kids were doing while I was on Y!A? thats right...they had a food battle with their cereal and it lasted about 35 seconds but it looks like a cereal tornado hit my living room! Now I know this is my fault...as their mom, for not watching them while they ate but would you enforce punishment? I had them cleaning up their cereal while they giggle like little school girls...the after math was actually pretty silly but obviously not appropriate...would you receive them in trouble or giggle about it with them? Moms what would you do?

Open Question: What can I do so that I won't keep shocking my cat when I pet her?

She did have dry skin, but my vet told me to give her fish oil in her food to help with that, and it has. But her fur (doesn't seem dry to me) always gets shocked when I pet her. And it makes me feel bad. I though about rubbing a fabric softener on her, but I don't know if that'll be good for her when she cleans herself. Any suggestions...? Open Question: I would just like to increase my weight a bit...but only lean muscle, not fat. Any help from fitness pros. plz?

I am from India, male & 41 now. I have been into fitness & exercising for a long time now, but I feel at 6'1" I should weigh a bit more....at least 80/82 kgs (178/180 lbs). I am asking every fitness professionals & dieticians (especially) from India. There are many qualified professionals in India now & I wish someone can give me some good advice/suggestions. Do I need some changes/additions in my normal diet ? This is generally what I consume : Breakfast : 4 pcs bread, 1 egg, cucumber, a cup of tea. Lunch : Rice in moderation, a bowl of vegetable curry, a bowl of pulses/dal, fish curry or chicken curry (sometimes) At about 5 pm : a cup of tea with biscuits Evening meal : Tea with light snacks Dinner : 5 pieces of hand made bread / Roti, a bowl of vegetable curry, 1/2 egg whites (either poached or omlette) After dinner : A big cup of skimmed milk. As far as Working Out is concerned, I exercise 3 days a week on an average (every body parts are covered over a week). I also do some basic Yoga. I am asking every dieticians & finess pros.... Open Question: Is this attractive to a woman?

If a man is confident in himself, has a warm, fun, loving personality, has zero drama in his life, is romantic, silly, and serious, takes care of his parents when they need him, is romantic but not mushy, who is strong and not a push over, and would respect you and treat you like a lady and also he has his possess home and not living in the basement of his parents home... would this be attractive to a lady? His down side. He doesn't want a lady that is over weight because he's active and wants a lady who is also. He doesn't want a lady with more then two kids. He doesn't want a lady whose ex still hangs around causing her problems. She must not smoke, do drugs, drink like a fish or hang out in night clubs every the time. Oh and this guys looks are average. Open Question: high body fat percentage but thin!!!?

i'm 155cm and weigh 49.3kg...which i think is about 5 foot one and 7 rock 10....but i did a body fat percentage test the other day and it came out at the very very top of the "normal" range...i appear thin, a UKsize 6/8 (american 4/6)...but why would body fat percentage be in the higher bit of normal...surely that would be what "chunky/bonnie/biog boned" normal people receive....whereas i'm really quite petite with not much apparent body fat (tiny breasts, etc)....is it something i should try help - like curb my diet? i eat a lot of fish, oats, spinach, chicken, flax seed.....don't drink milk/eat cheese/cream products nor sugary foods...drink abotu 1-2 espressos per day + 1 litre of water

Open Question: are protein supplements ESSENTIAL to getting a nice shape?

Provided I eat a fair amount of fish, chicken and eggs etc. would that be enough to gain an average amount of muscle. I cant take supplements coz they dont agree with me, and i have tried several brands. Oh, and im not looking to arrive out like arnie! Open Question: Please help me. I'm begging. I've tried everything.?

I have a 30 gal fish tank in my high school. And I have rocks from my backyard as decor. The rocks have been thoroughly cleaned and boiled to death. I have a the proper filter on it and an air pump. I have had at least 15 goldfish die. I have a 40 gallon cichlid tank at my home and I have never had problems. I also have a 10 gallon tank with two baby goldfish in that is also doing great. I know what I'm doing and I know for a fact that it's not something I'm doing thats causing every my fish to die. I am using school water. I use tap water conditioner on it, I use stress zyme and stress coat. I doing everything by the book and I can not receive my fish to live. There is gravel in the tank which was purchased from Petsmart. I buy everything from Petsmart. The fish have been bought from 3 different stores, Petsmart, Pet Supplies Plus, and Walmart. None of the fish live. I can't figure it out. Do you have any ida on what might be killing every my fish? I've tried eveything. I've exhausted my knowledge of aquariums. Please help if you can.

Open Question: Can you feed flies and mosquitoes to betta fish?

It loves mosquitoes (its the only thing that my Betta eats even if i give freeze Tubifex worms it wont eat it) that i catch around the home but i haven't tried flies please tell me if I can feed these insects. He's in a 8 gallon tank with no heater (I live in India so the temperature is always hot) and filter and no gravel but I clean the bottom every week with a siphon and what other fish can i add that my betta wont bother? Open Question: Would you grow marijuana in order to support your family?

The economy is obviously rough right now. I know numerous people who have who have lost their jobs. Jobs that range from real estate to mom and pop businesses. Regardless of what people may say, jobs are difficult to arrive by. My wife recently posted an opening for a $32000 job and received over 400 applications. We had to cease counting. These were good applications-not bums fishing. My point here is that work is extremely difficult to arrive by right now. I have one pal who has turned to growing marijuana in order to literally feed his/her family. I've had some interesting conversations as to the different viewpoints of this. Viewpoints include. It's illegal therefore it should not be done. It's a good thing he/she has the network in order to this. What else would they? They would be forced into living off the state. What happens if he/she goes to jail? Who is this really hurting? Will the kids follow this example? It's better than welfare. There's always something you can do. Mc'donalds. Wal-mart. Etc People cant' survive off minimum wage. - Wal-mart, and Mc'donalds They should have gone to school so they wouldn't be there in the first place. And last, my favorite. Who much do they make? Keep in mind this is not a career criminal family. This is family whose business went belly-up due to the collapse of the economy. They don't have guns, or steer lowered cars. They have car payments. They have home payments. Their kids go to church (maybe with yours). So where do you stand on this one.

Whats it called when you only eat fish and not chicken/beef/pork/etc? Poly something right? Anyways I'm no longer eating Beef/Pork/Chicken/Etc. Open Question: Okay, this is difficult to explain but here goes.. I have been married for 12 years...?

we have 2 beautiful girls, a nice home, no money problems, etc. We are both healthy and have lots to be thankful for.. but there is a problem. He is gone half of the time for work and the time he should be home he spends hunting, fishing, etc. I am lonely and honestly after years of this, the connection seems to be gone forever. I feel like I am starved for affection. I have thoroughly explained my feelings and he is very aware of the problem. He says he will work on it and things will receive better but of course they never do.. He seems to be totally oblivious. I have been talking to someone it started out light hearted.. friends really but when my husband found out I tried to cease talking to this person and couldn't. That's when I realized I was way more attached than I had planned. This other man doesn't live close so it's easy to keep it basically limited to phone and emails. Now I'm in a situation where I feel totally confused. I'm not glad in my marriage, my husband doesn't really seem to care, I feel guilty about this relationship (that can't go further unless I'm divorced).. I just don't know what to do. I don't want to upset my kids but I don't want to live a lie either... Has anyone else been in a situation like this??? ok well maybe i should be more specific.. say he gets home from work at 10pm.. he goes hunting at 4am gets back at 8pm on his off days then goes back to work. I handle everything.. go everywhere alone, etc. Basically it is a very lonely existence. I look my friends and family enjoying real family life and I am jealous.. lol um to neighbor.. I do have lots of friends and talking to someone everyday for a year is not a crush.. there are some real feelings there. I don't expect my husband to be "my whole social life" I do however, expect him to be gift. Thanks for the great answers.. its really helping me because you don't really want to tell everyone in your life whats really going on :) Oh please.. yes he is really hunting LOL he is literally addicted to it and he has never shown the slightest inkling of infidelity. He tells me he is perfectly glad which is why he isn't motivated to change. He works 2 days (gone the whole time) and is off 2 days.. which means if he spends those 2 days hunting which he usually does, we may not look him at every for 6 days. I have no suspicions of him cheating tho.

Open Question: Why did all of my fish in the aquarium (tank) die? Guppies, catfish, tetra and glofish.?

My son got a 10 gallon fish tank for his birthday. We've had them a week and yesterday every the fish started dying off. He started out with 12 and is now down to 3, every dying within a couple of days. He had male guppies, a tiny catfish, red eyed tetras and glofish. every that are surviving is three of the glofish out of six of those. The fish started growing almost what looked like tiny crystals on them and they looked like they just nice of crystalized. So I'm wondering what we did wrong. We set the tank up and added the water purifier and let it run 24 hours before adding the fish. We have a tiny heater in the tank that is supposed to keep the tank at a correct temp. We fed them twice a day.the water isn't dirty it still looks clear as can be. Also, we did not overfeed. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Open Question: anyone please help!im panicking at this point!?

my new fish was put in a big aquarium tank with the other fish(hes the smallest one) and he was fine last night but this morning he looked woulded....his eye is every black and blue and a little red....its still there though you can tell.....but i put him in a fishbowl to heal but im worried....will it heal and the black and blue fade away because its just part of the healing process or will it stay that way forever.....oh....and the wounded eye is verry swollen compared to the unwounded eye....please help!!

Open Question: Help! Our fish tank water is real cloudy and I can't figure out why!?

we bought a 20 gallon tank over the summer put about 12 fish in and tank looked beautiful. After 3 mnths we cleaned it, did 1/2 water change and cleaned every thing in tank. Tanks got real cloudy and I don't believe that I am overfeeding them! I changed the filter and that didn't help either. We then just cleaned again last week and for about 3 days tank was crystal clear now it is worse than the last time. Can anybody tell me what i might be doing wrong.
